The venue was dingy, though I appreciated its fantastic staff and location.

There was dirty bed in my room.

The hotel is serene and tidy, nestled in a beautiful building with lovely view of the sunset going down over Birmingham.

Clean and pleasant hotel with unbeatable location very near the train station, just what I needed. The breakfast selections were adequate, I loved breads, cereal, cheese, pastries and eggs. The service was excellent, including informative staff and a nice bar.

Top-notch hotel, we loved the caring staff and air-conditioned room. The restaurant here was superb for dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes. Lots of food at breakfast, such as fruit juices, milk, slices of fresh bread, pastries and muffins. The team provided a good service.

I loved the room with facilities for cooking, the bed was extremely comfy. The staff were exceptional and accommodating, they offered a great service.

We loved staff and location of this hotel. The room we had included a fridge, a sitting area and an iron with ironing board. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like San Carlo that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The hotel is enchanting, fairly clean, has very good staff and rooms. Approaching staff are in manner.

Dynamic staff and a recently refurbished room, reasonably priced place. We liked full English breakfast with lots of different meals.

Every detail in this hotel was impressive, I loved location and staff. Lots of meals for breakfast, including cheese, jam, milk, fruit and pastries. The bathroom was luxurious & the bedroom was comfy. The beach nearby was wonderful and the view was fantastic.

Great location, TERRIFIC service and outstanding food. Genuinely lovely and lovely staff. Great-sized unit with a nice decor. There was a nice restaurant, the markets and shops next door.

We loved the very central location and our bright room. Again, it was close to an independent cinema. Plus their wifi was free.

Decent overall experience. Staff and service are SUPERB, I liked it. Separate bedrooms and soft beds.

Buffet breakfast offers a huge variety of dishes, rooms are very clean and stuff is friendly. Right by the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and would consider staying here again. Close enough to shopping centre and shops in Birmingham.

hotel was in an excellent location. la vera was 10 mins walk away. approximately a 10-minute walk from national sea life centre, which was a plus.
